消防员招录工作现状及对策研究——以无锡地区为例

消防员作为国家综合性消防救援队伍的主体,其社会化招录工作质效如何,直接关系着消防救援队伍能否有效履行防范化解重大安全风险,应对处置各类灾害事故的职责使命。通过跟踪调研无锡市社会化招录以来的三批消防员招录、培训及分配后的日常管理,提出了增强消防员招录工作效能的对策。

The current situation of firefighters recruitment and corresponding measures

iFirefighters are the main body of the national comprehensive fire rescue team,the quality and effectiveness of its socialized recruitment work are directly related to the duty and mission of preventing and resolving major safety risks and dealing with various disasters and accidents.By means of tracking and investigating three groups of firefighter recruitment,training and assignment since the socialization recruitment in Wuxi citj^this paper puts forward the countermeasures to enhance the efficiency of firefighter recruitment.
