Abstract:Unmanned aerial vehicle(UAV)based collaborative communication has become an effective technology to meet the needs of the next generation of cellular users.However,the limited power supply of the UAV limits its application.Therefore,Ant colony-based unmanned aerial vehicle assist data distribution(ACUD)algorithm is proposed in this paper.The ACUD algorithm divides the devices into two categories.The first category receives data directly from the UAV.Other devices receive data via devices in first category.First,the problem of minimizing the energy consumption of equipment and UAV is constructed as an optimization problem,and then the ant colony algorithm is used to solve the optimization problem,so as to obtain the optimal data transmission path and thus reduce the total energy consumption.The performance analysis shows that ACUD algorithm provides performance close to the optimal solution,which is obtained through exhaustive search.
