Application of GD-BOPTA in MRI Examination of Liver

Objective:To compare the value of hepatic CT enhancement and MRI GD-BOPTA enhancement.Methods:Clinical data of 36 patients with suspected hepatic space-occupying lesions admitted from May 2019 to May 2020 were collected,with an average age of 45 years.All patients un-derwent enhanced CT scan and enhanced MRI GD-BOPTA scan,and a comparative study was con-ducted through evaluation of image quality,positive detection rate of lesions,image post-processing,health and environmental protection,etc.Results:There was no dominant difference in the positive de-tection rate and scanning time between the two enhanced scan techniques.In delayed scan,gadolimide could show more lesions in the specific hepatobiliary phase,and the image quality of plain and en-hanced MRI was better than that of enhanced CT.Conclusion:Liver MRI GD-BOPTA enhancement has advantages in lesion display and image quality.Compared with CT X-ray radiation examination,MRI environment is safer,more reliable and more easily accepted by patients.
