热电机组对石油伴生气组成变化的响应实验

摘    要:进行热电机组对石油伴生气组成变化的响应实验,分析热电机组(燃气内燃机发电机组制备电力、热水)在石油伴生气组成变化(主要是组分体积分数变化)条件下的工作性能(发电效率、供热效率)与氮氧化物排放水平。实验中,将某油田伴生气的一级分离气、二级分离气作为目标,采用氮气、乙烷、丙烷、管道天然气配置对应的实验气A、C以及甲烷体积分数介于二者之间的实验气B。燃用4种燃气(管道天然气与实验气A~C)时,热电机组发电效率均随发电功率的增大而增大,供热效率均随发电功率的增大而减小。在整个发电功率变化范围内,燃用4种燃气时的热电机组发电效率差别不大,在低发电功率区域供热效率差别比较明显。热电机组能适应石油伴生气组成的变化。在管道天然气中掺混较大分子烃类化合物,可使热电机组氮氧化物排放水平有所下降。

Abstract:The response experiment of thermal power unit to the change of petroleum associated gas composition is carried out to analyze the working performance(power generation efficiency and heating efficiency)and NOxemission level of thermal power unit(gas engine generator set produces hot water and electricity)under the condition of petroleum associated gas composition change(mainly component volume fraction change).In the experiment,the first-stage separation gas and second-stage separation gas of associated gas in an oilfield are taken as the targets,and nitrogen,ethane,propane and pipeline natural gas are used to configure the corresponding experimental gases A and C and the experimental gas B with methane volume fraction between them.When burning four types of gases(pipeline natural gas and experimental gas A to C),the power generation efficiency of thermal power unit increases with the increase of power generation,and the heating efficiency decreases with the increase of power generation.Within the whole variation range of power generation,the power generation efficiency of thermal power units when using 4 types of gases is not much different,and the difference of heating efficiency in low power generation areas is obvious.The thermal power unit can adapt to the change of petroleum associated gas composition.Mixing large molecular hydrocarbon compounds into pipeline natural gas can reduce the NOxemission level of thermal power units.
