摘    要:
文章以高精密五轴机床为对象、以UMAC为基础,开发了一套开放式数控系统。首先﹐在Windows 10操作系统下构建了硬件平台;然后,进行了相关的软件系统设计。在设计过程中,通过多种模块化的方法,实现系统的不同功能--包括对机床的控制、工艺参数设置以及人机交互等;最后,通过试验验证了开放式数控系统的可用性。

Abstract:
In this paper,an open CNC system is developed based on UMAC for high-precision five-axismachine tools.Firstly,the hardware platform is built under Windows 10 operating system.Then,the related software system is designed.In the design process,different functions of the system arerealized by various modular methods,including the control of machine tools,the setting of processparameters and human-computer interaction.Finally,the usability of the open CNC system isverified by experiments.
