中铬镍耐碱腐蚀磨损铸铁材料的研制

摘    要:针对高温浓碱腐蚀冲击磨料磨损工况研制中铬镍耐碱腐蚀磨损铸铁材料,分析材料的显微组织和力学性能。结果表明,中铬镍耐碱腐蚀磨损铸铁材料的组织为细珠光体和菊花状M7C3型共晶碳化物。适宜的铬、镍、钼、铜含量,塑韧性较好细珠光体金属基体及适宜粒度的、孤立分布的高硬度M7C3型碳化物,使所研制材料的耐高温浓碱腐蚀性能、抗冲击疲劳和抗湿试冲击磨料磨损的性能都较好。

Abstract:The middle Cr-Ni alkaline corrosion-wear resistant cast iron is prepared in accordance with the condition of hot concentrated alkaline corrosion, erosion and abrasion. And the mechanical property and microstructure of the material are studied. The results show that the microstructure of the middle Cr-Ni alkaline corrosion-wear resistant cast iron consists of the fine pearlyte base and the chrysanthemum-like eutectic carbide with M7C3 type. The excellent properties of hot concentrated alkaline corrosion resistivity, impact fatigue resistivity and wear impact resistivity with wet abrasive material are performed because of the adequate contents of Cr, Ni, Mo and Cu, the plastic base of fine pearlyte, and the hard M7C3 carbide with proper particle size and separate distribution.
