摘    要:对某发电厂中间贮仓式制粉系统爆炸原因进行了分析,认为细粉分离器进口管磨穿处积粉自燃、排粉机出口风压突降、调节不当使制粉系统内气流停滞甚至倒流,引发了系统积尘爆炸。对此,采取防磨防爆等相应措施后,制粉系统运行良好,未再出现类似事故。

Abstract:Cause analysis of exploision in coalpulverizing system with intermediate storage bunker of Minhang Power Plant has been carried out. It is considered that the main causes leading to said exploision are as follows: (1)selfignition of deposited coal dust of wornthrough place on inlet pipe of fine pulverized coal separator; (2)suddenly deacrease of air pressure at exit of the pulverized coal exhauster; (3)unsuitable regulation making air flow in the coalpulverizing system stagnated, and even to flow backwards. In this connection, after adopting corresponding measures of antiwear and exploisionproof, operation of the coalpulverizing system is good, and similar faults haven't occured again.
