| Abstract: | In order to extend the life of large-scale equipment and reduce maintenance costs in manufacturing enterprises, equipment integrated monitoring and early warning system is developed. The system is integrated using of networking technol- ogy, fieldbus technology, wireless technology, artificial intelligence technology. Plant-wide network of IOT is built. Real-time equipment signal acquisition and the equipment failure early warning are implemented. |
