| 摘 要： | 论述了竞争情报作为企业自主创新中的重要元素，在企业决策创新、技术创新、管理创新中发挥的重要支撑作用。阐述了企业自主创新建设对竞争情报机构的需求，介绍了企业竞争情报研究的组织结构、工作流程、人员分工及系统构成，分析了我国钢铁企业自主创新面临的主要问题，指出了我国钢铁企业情报机构为促进自主创新做贡献的主要途径及自身的建设发展方向。

| Abstract: | As an important element in the independent innovation of enterprises, competitive intelligence (CI) plays an important role in enterprise decision-making innovation, technology innovation and management innovation. This article points out that intelligence units are necessary for independent innovation construction of enterprises, introduces organization structure, work flow, personnel work division and system composition of CI research in enterprises, analyzes the main problems that Chinese steel enterprises are facing in independent innovation, discusses the key approaches for intelligence units in domestic steel enterprises to improve independent innovation, indicates the construction and development directions of intelligence units in domestic steel enterprises. |
