| Abstract: | Founding the harmonious enterprise requires to pay special attention to five links, stressing understanding to speak harmony, stressing development to promote harmony, stressing human-orientation to construct harmony, stressing justice to seek harmony and stressing culture to cultivate harmony. Meanwhile, it also requires to deal with the three relations between economic efficiency and social efficiency, between competition and cooperation and be tween reform and development and stability of enterprises. |
