摘    要:1990年Burroughes采用聚对苯乙炔(PPV)作为有源层制作聚合物电致发光器件,开创了共轭聚合物科学的新领域,由于聚合物电致发光器件具有制备简单、发光效率和发光亮度高、发光波长易于调节等显著特点,引起了各国的高度重视,大量的共轭聚合物材料成功地应用于电致发光器件,使得电致发光聚合物材料和器件的研究成为近年来最活跃的领域之一.

Abstract:The discovery of Burroughes et al. in 1990 that conjugated polymer poly(para phenylene vinylene)(PPV)could be used as active layer in electroluminescent devices became the starting point of a new area in conjugated polymer. There is great interest in polymer light emitting diodes(LEDS) due to their high brightness and high efficiency and color changeability .The successful use of many conjugated polymers in electroluminescent devices made the research on electroluminescent polymer material and devices one of most active area in recent years. In this paper, the recent research work is introduced.
