关于文山铝土矿洗矿设计中有关问题的探讨

摘    要:云南文山氧化铝厂初期矿石来源主要由西畴卖酒坪矿区和砚山红舍克矿区供给,2个矿区的矿石均为堆积型铝土矿,含泥量较高,必须经过洗矿后才能提供给氧化铝厂。在洗矿设计中如何保证净矿质量、降低能耗和成本、提高金属回收率,就成为提高效益、保证项目成功的关键。为适应这一要求,笔者对洗矿设计在工艺流程、设备选择和设计特点等方面的有关问题进行了探讨。

Abstract:The initial ores in Yunnan Wenshan Alumina Factory were mainly supplied by Maijiuping mining area at Xichou and Hongsheke mining area at Yanshan.The two mining areas' ores with high mud content which are accumulation bauxite have to be washed before they are provided for an alumina factory.In ore washing design,how to ensure the quality of washed ores,lower energy consumption and costs and raise metal recovery become the key for improving benefits and ensuring the project to be successful.To accommodate this requirement,the problems in the ore washing design were discussed from aspects of the technological process,equipment selection and design features.
