HRB400E抗震钢筋的研制

摘    要:龙钢根据数学模型综合分析,采用微合金技术生产HRB400E抗震钢筋的研发过程。在国标规定的成分范围内,对HRB400E进行了窄成分范围设计;按钢筋规格大小采用了不同的化学成分;对不同的轧制工艺按照不同的化学成分进行控制;结果表明,开发的抗震钢筋强屈比、伸长率高,冷弯性能好,具有较好的综合性能。

Abstract:HRB400E aseismatic reinforcement metal was successfully fabricated by microalloying technology base on the analysis of mathematical model.The range of alloying element composition was small and in accordance with national standard.The product specification and its rolling process were designed according to the chemical composition.Research result shows that the HRB400E has the good combination property with high yield ratio,elongation and fine cold bending property.
