成型工艺对瓦楞纸箱强度影响的实验研究

摘    要:对不同规格瓦楞纸箱的平压强度、边压强度、粘合强度和戳穿强度进行了试验,分析成型工艺对瓦楞纸箱强度的影响.结果表明:瓦楞纸箱的成型工艺对其强度有一定的影响,它会使瓦楞纸箱的平压强度、边压强度、粘合强度和戳穿强度等有不同程度的降低.此结论为瓦楞纸箱生产企业提供必要的实验数据,指导纸箱成型工艺的改进.

Abstract:The fiat crush resistance, edgewise crush resistance, conglutinated strength and puncture strength of corrugated box with different shapes was tested. The influence of molding technology on the strengths of corrugated box was analyzed. It was found that molding technology c;m slightly decrease the flat crush resistance, edgewise crush resistance, conglutinated strength, and puncture strength. The test data of corrugated box can be used to improve the molding technology.
