静电粉末喷涂中粉末涂料受潮后的影响

摘    要:采用水蒸气加湿的方法,使粉末涂料的含水率增高,研究其在静电粉末喷涂中对涂料性能及涂膜性能的影响,经实验,总结出粉末涂料在轻度受潮后其影响不明显,在重度受潮后即含水率大于2.0%时,上粉率显著降低,涂膜光泽变差,甚至难以得到连续的涂膜。

Abstract:The powder painting is moistened with water vapor. The performance changes of the painting and coating film in electrostatic spray are studied. The experiments have show that their performance does not change obviously when the powder moistened light. When moistened heavily water content of the powder painting>2 0%, its spraying volume decreases largely, the gloss of the film is getting worse. Even continuous film couldn't be achieved.
