锆钛酸铅在凝胶玻璃中的受控析晶行为

摘    要:在凝胶玻璃中成功地原位生长出均匀精细的锆钛酸铅微晶。利用XRD,SEM,DTA技术发现了锆钛酸铅的结晶过程呈现出受晶核控制的整体析晶的特点。经分析认为四方ZrO2纳米晶可能是体系的晶质原核。

Abstract:Uniform and fine lead zirconate-titanate crystallites were grown in-situ in gel-glasses successfully.By XRD,SEM and DTA techniques,it is found that the nuclei-controlled crystallization characters in the whole bulk are manifested in the crystallization process of lead zirconate-titanate phases.The tetragonal ZrO_2 microcrystallites of nano-size are considered to be the original crystal nuclei.
