摘    要:对某燃油泵活塞皮碗开裂的宏观、微观特征进行了观察与分析,并对皮碗的受力状态进行了分析计算,结果表明,皮碗的开裂性质为早期机械疲劳,其原因是皮碗在压制过程中,橡胶层与金属骨架间的结合力不均匀,结合力不均匀是由于JQ-1粘结剂界面氧化所致.发动机在加速过程中,皮碗前后腔压差增大,因此皮碗开裂多发生在发动机加速过程中.

Abstract:In this paper, macro and micro cracking features of fuel oil servo-piston cup leathers were observed and stresses of the cracking cup leathers were calculated. The results showed that the cup leather cracking was a premature mechanical fatigue, resulting from the uneven bonding forces between the ntbber plate and the metal framework during the cup leather pressing process. The uneven bonding forces were caused by the interface oxidation of cementing medium JQ-1. During the engine speed-up time, the pressure difference between the front and the back cavity increased, which made most of the failure cup leathers cracked. Finally, some effective prevention measurements were given.
