火焰稳燃船回流区热平衡模型研究

摘    要:煤粉浓度对煤粉气流着火及燃烧稳定性的影响较大。结合具体的燃烧器,建立了稳焰船回流区热平衡模型,由此可近似求出加装稳焰船燃烧器后,在一定工况下煤粉气流燃烧稳定所需的最低煤粉浓度。利用本模型对某电厂1025t/h炉进行实例计算,与实验结果基本一致。

Abstract:Pulverized coal concentration in primary air stream has an important effect on ignition and combustion stability. The heat balance model in recirculation region of flame-stabled boat is established with a specific combustion device. The minimal pulverized coal concentration for combustion stability under certain conditions is approximately obtained. Based on this model, a practical calculation on 1025t/h utility boiler is implemented and its prediction is consistent with the experiment result.
