| 摘 要： | 某乙烯装置由于裂解炉预热段翅片管发生泄漏而造成总收率下降。经过对失效炉管运行状况的分析及相关检测找出了翅片管泄漏的原因,并提出了相应的防护措施。

| Abstract: | The general ethylene receive ratio had been found declined in an ethylene plant,after investigation confirmed that it is cause by leakage in cracking furnace finned tube.The failure reason came out through analysis on operation condition in failure tube and related inspection,and the protection method and solution was given. |
