大功率全桥软开关电源变压器的设计和研究

摘    要:介绍了3kW、60kHz软开关电源变压器的主要特点,给出了3kW全桥软开关电源变压器的磁芯材料选择、电磁参数设计及绕制工艺。测试结果表明,试验变压器的主要参数均接近进口样机,空载、满载时输出波形正常,运行状况良好,可以确定采用国产LP3材料的PM87磁芯是正确的,同时,设计的绕组参数合理,绕制工艺也切实可行。

Abstract:Introduction was made to the main features of 1 kW,10 kHz soft switching power supply transformer,giving out 1 kW full bridge soft switching power supply transformer magnetic core material selection,magnetic parameter design and winding technology.Test results show that the main parameters of the tested transformer are near that of imported sample machine,the output waves are nor-mal at idling and fully loaded,good in operation conditions.It is certain to say that to adopt LP3 material made in China for PM87 mag-netic core is correct,and in the meantime windings parameters is reasonable in design and winding technology is practically feasible.
