摘    要:利用UASB反应器处理葡萄糖模拟废水中混入油墨废水和活性污泥中混入油墨废水,试验结果表明:油墨废水对产酸相细菌影响较小,对产甲烷相细菌影响较大,在污泥消化过程中降解油墨废水是可行的,污泥与油墨废水的混合比例为10∶1时,其色度去除率达80%,并提出了处理该类废水的工艺流程和运行参数。

Abstract:Printing ink wastewater mixed with glucose simulated wastewater and active sludge respectively was treated by upflow anaerobic sludge bed(UASB) reactor, the results of the test show that: printing ink wastewater gives smaller influence to acid-production bacteria, while, the influence on methane-production bacteria is bigger; it can be drawn a conclusion that: to degaradate printing ink wastewater by sludge disgestion process is feasible, when the mixing ratio of sludge and printing ink wastewater is 10:1, the removal rate of chroma reaches 80%, the process flow and the running parameters for the treatment of this kind of wastewater are also proposed.
