摘    要:通过对某电厂7^#DG670/140—8型燃煤锅炉汽炉裂纹进行安全性分析、评价,确定焊接修复方案。介绍了缺陷处理的具体工艺措施、过程,简述了汽包筒体缺陷处理方面的经验,为国内运行机组同类缺陷的焊补提供了借鉴。

Abstract:By security analyses, evaluation to crack of boiler in power plant, a elding project was constituted, which type is DG670/140 - 8. The weld step and process were introduced, the experience of weld retrofit of the valve was rarely gained, and can be used for reference.
