MoP/TiO_2-SiO_2-Al_2O_3催化剂的制备及其加氢脱氮性能研究

摘    要:采用原位溶胶-凝胶法制备不同TiO_2含量的MoP/TiO_2-SiO_2-Al_2O_3催化剂。在反应温度300~400℃、反应压力3 MPa的条件下,以含喹啉的正十二烷溶液为模型化合物,在连续固定床反应器上,对所制备的催化剂进行加氢脱氮活性评价,考察不同TiO_2含量和助剂对催化剂加氢脱氮性能的影响。结果表明,TiO_2含量对载体比表面积、孔径和孔体积有较大影响,当n(Ti):n(Al):n(Si)为1:4:1时,催化剂的加氢脱氮效果最好;助剂Co的加入对催化剂加氢脱氮活性的促进作用比较明显,助剂Co的质量分数为2%时,制备的催化剂在最佳条件下可全部脱除模型化合物中的喹啉。

Abstract:MoP/TiO2-SiO2-Al2O3 catalysts with various TiO2 contents were prepared by in-situ sol-gel method.The hydrodenitrogenation ( HDN) activity of the catalyst was evaluated on a fixed-bed reactor using quinoline as model compound, under a reaction temperature range of 300~400℃ and a reaction pressure of 3 MPa.Results showed that TiO2 content had significant influence on the specific surface area, pore volume and pore diameter of the support.Optimal HDN activity was obtained over MoP/TiO2-SiO2-Al2O3 catalyst with n(Ti):n (Al):n(Si) of 1:4:1.Adding promoter Co could enhance the HDN activity of the catalyst,at an optimal Co content of 2% all the quinoline molecules in the model feed could be removed.
