| 摘 要： | 介绍酸性纤维素酶1600L在双丝光棉针织物上的应用。探讨酸性纤维素酶的用量、pH值、处理温度和时间对织物毛效、白度等的影响;给出大生产工艺,即酸性纤维素酶1600L 1%（owf）,pH值5,处理温度50℃,处理时间60 min。通过酸性纤维素酶处理,织物表面光洁,手感柔软,悬垂性好,能够达到制作高档服装的要求。

| Abstract: | The applied process of acidic cellulase 1600L on double-mercerized cotton knits was introduced. The effects of concentration of cellulase, pH value, treating temperature and time on capillary effect and whiteness of cotton fabric were dis- cussed, the optimized conditions for bulk production were defined. Acidic cellulase treatment can impart cotton knits smooth surface, soft handle, and good draping property as well. |
