| 摘 要： | 在铅试样正交实验的基础上，采用方差分析研究了首次横，立轧时轧件工艺参数对扁锭直接轧制为厚板时成材率的影响，得出厚板的成材率受成品宽度和首次横（立）轧扁锭的厚度的影响较大。

| Abstract: | Based on the orthogonal design of lead sample, the effect of technology parameters on the yield of heavy plate direct rolling from slab ingot has been studied by variance analysis. It is obtained that the width of finished product and the thickness of slab ingot in first cross/edge rolling have obviously influence on the yield of heavy plate. |
