| 摘 要： | 本文分析了封闭体实体经济产生危机的机理,认为劳资分配失衡是导致社会有效需求不足的根本,也是引发经济危机的关键。在此基础上,本文认为,实体经济中信用是完成商品交易的媒介,而虚拟经济中"信用"则是可交易的商品。商品交易的欺诈、贪婪是导致虚拟经济中"信用"剧烈贬值的根本,并摧毁金融系统的信用基石,从而引爆了金融危机,并进一步引发全球经济危机。
