矩形盒拉深成形中的几何形状效应

摘    要:根据大量矩形盒拉深试验结果,对成形过程中的几何形状效应进行了分析和总结。指出形状参数rc/ω直接决定矩形盒相对拉深比和法兰变形加工度,并与成形极限密切相关。rc/ω小,法兰曲边变形加工度大,变形缓和作用增强。rc/ω大,板坯的几何形状效应增强,适当改变板坯形状和长、短边相对尺寸可提高成形极限。

Abstract:The geometric shape effect in the process of forming is analyzed and summarized based on a great deal of drawing experiments of rectangular case. It's pointed out that the relative drawing ratio of rectangular case and flange deforming machining degree depend directly on r c/w , the geometric shape parameter, which is closely related to the forming limit too. When r c/w becomes small, the deforming machining degree of flange corner side is increased, and the mitigatory function of deformation of straight side is strengthened. When r c/w becomes big, the geometric shape effect of blank is strengthened and forming limit can be raised by changing blank shape and relative size of long side and short side properly.
