居甫渡水电站大坝碾压混凝土施工技术探讨

摘    要:针对居甫渡水电站位于云南省普洱市境内,夏季高温多雨气候特点,为减轻雨水侵害、缩短碾压混凝土层问间隔时间、提高混凝土层间结合质量及降低混凝土温度回升,该工程大坝碾压混凝土主要采取了斜层平推法进行施工,取得了良好效果。钻孔取芯及现场压水试验检查表明,碾压混凝土整体质量和抗渗性能好。总结了该工程大坝碾压混凝土斜层平推法施工工艺和施工方法。

Abstract:Jubudu hydropower station is located in Puer city of Yunan Province, where it is hot and rainy in the summer. In order to reduce rain invasion and layer interval time, and increase the hinding between concrete layers and decrease concrete temperature re- rising, Jupudu dam RCC construction is performed by inclined-layer placing method, which achieves a good result. Core drilling and field water pressure tests show that the integral RCC quality and impermeability is good. This paper summarizes the inclined-layer placing technology and method used for the dam RCC construction.
