盾构掘进参数优化研究

摘    要:盾构机目前已广泛应用于各种土建工程领域,城市地铁的修建多使用盾构法,盾构法隧道施工具有安全、快速、地表沉降小等优点。盾构掘进参数包括刀盘转速,扭矩,刀盘压力等,在掘进过程中需要根据地质情况选择合适的掘进参数。本文依托深圳地铁5号线长龙-布吉盾构区间为工程背景,统计和分析了盾构掘进的各项参数,并总结了参数之间的相互关系。

Abstract:At present,shield machine has been widely used in different fields of civil engineering,the urban metro construction often uses shield tunneling.The shield tunneling has advantages of safe,fast and smaller ground settlement.The shield tunneling includes speed of cutter head,torque,cutter head pressure,etc.The shield tunneling Paramater should be seleced suitably according to the geologic circumstances during the machine is driving.Based on the ChangLong-BuJi shield tunneling in Shenzhen Subway Line 5,the parameter of shield tunneling is counted and analyzed in this paper.
