| 摘 要： | 介绍了用常规的热轧带坯冷轧生产罐身料的工艺及其要点。用连铸连轧带坯再冷轧成罐料其组织、罐壁擦伤、制耳、冲杯成形性能、深拉性能、力学性能与常规热轧后再冷轧工艺的相同,但冷轧前或冷轧过程中须进行一次较长时间的中间退火,是否有成本优势尚须研究。

| Abstract: | The process and key points for producing can body stock were introduced.The stocks can be produced both on conventional hot rolling line and continuous casting line,and then cold rolled.The structure,can wall scratch property,earring property,cupping property,deep drawing and mechanical properties of the can stock produced on continuous casting and then cold rolling line are the same as that of the stock produced on conventional rolling line.But the continuous cast strip need a long time annealing process b... |
