电控LPG喷射内燃机的EGR实验研究

摘    要:在小型四冲程发动机上进行电控LPG喷射系统改装后,为降低发动机的NOx排放,在该系统上进行了EGR的实验研究.通过综合调节LPG喷嘴驱动信号占空比和EGR率,实现基本保持原机功率条件下有害气体NOx排放降低的效果.

Abstract:After the refit of LPG fuel system on a Small 4 - stroke engine, Exhaust Gas Recirculation is adopted and tested to reduce the NOx emission. By means of adjusting the Pulse Duration Ratio of nozzles and the Ratio of EGR, the system can fulfill the task of reduction of NOx emission.
