螺旋输送机叶片磨损机理研究

摘    要:介绍了螺旋输送机工作原理,分析了固体材料和螺旋输送机叶片的磨损机理,并采用三坐标测量仪对磨损后的螺旋输送机不同部位的叶片进行了测量,得出了螺旋输送机叶片的磨损规律,即:越靠外缘,螺旋叶片的厚度越薄,实际磨损量越大,内缘处的叶片几乎没有磨损;在同一根轴上,不同位置的螺旋叶片磨损也不一样,出料口处叶片外缘的磨损量远大于进料口处叶片外缘的磨损量。

Abstract:Through massive different reagents were screened and complex formulation,the utrl-high molecular wight PA6 gel system spinning coagulation bath was determined.The screening result show that the dimethyl sulfoxide and the nitromethane mix coagulating bath is stable to the spinning formation.The asspan fiber was ob-tained by simulate spinning on certain condition.And the influence of coagulation bath to the asspun fiber structure influence was researched by SEM,DSC and WXRD.The results showed that new structure of PA6 macromol-ecule was formed by precipitating in the coagulation bath,simultaneously crystals was generate in the cortex.
