从腾讯与奇虎之争看网络安全产品面临的法律困境

The Legal Dilemma on Network Security Products Exposed From the Struggle Between QiHu and Tencent

About the illegality of the plug-in software,the one refers to the analysis on that plug-in software copies or modifies target procedure or not,the other refers to the analysis on the violation of China publishing regulations or not. If disapproval or beyond the scope of examination and approval,the plug-in software publication should be attributed to the category of illegal publications.
