| Abstract: | Recycle economy consumes the minimum resources and pays the least environmental price to maximize economic performance,which involves broad area.Under the background of economic globalization after China joined the WTO,in the premise of ensuring the economic security of the nation,this paper begins with the strategy aim of resources utilization,probes into the policy adjustments of promoting recycle and reuse,and discusses the construction of the recycle industrial system. |
