大豆蛋白纤维氨纶包芯纱细纱工艺研究

摘    要:介绍了大豆蛋白纤维氨纶包芯纱的特性;分析了细纱预牵伸倍数对大豆蛋白纤维包芯纱弹性、强伸度、条干均匀度和蠕变性能的影响;捻度对包芯纱条干均匀度和强伸度的影响;钢丝圈号数的选择;并通过正交试验对后区牵伸倍数、罗拉中心距和粗纱捻系数进行了优选。纺制大豆蛋白纤维氨纶包芯纱预牵伸倍数是关键,生产中应结合纤维性能合理配置各项细纱工艺参数。

Abstract:Characteristics of soybean protein fiber and polyurethane core-spun yarn are introduced, and influence of preliminary draft multiple in spun yarn processing to soybean protein fiber core-spun yarn elasticity, strength and elongation, yarn evenness and creep performance are analyzed. Influence of twists to core-spun yarn evenness and strength and elongation, and choose of traveler number are analyzed. Through orthogonal experiment, parameter of back zone draft multiple, roller center distance and roving twist factor are selected. Preliminary draft multiple is key in spinning of soybean protein fiber and polyurethane core-spun yarn, and technology parameters of reasonable arrangement in spun yarn should think about fiber performance in course of production.
