| 摘 要： | 以汽车制造企业的零部件供应物流体系为研究对象，总结了中国汽车制造企业常见的零部件供应物流问题，并对此进行详细分析，给出了相应的改进建议措施。在中国某汽车制造企业的应用实践证明，该文提出的建议措施对于改善和提高中国汽车制造企业供应物流水平具有指导和实践意义。

| Abstract: | The paper takes the supply logistics system of auto parts as the subject of study, sums up the common supply logistics problems for Chinese automobile manufacturing enterprise, details them and gives some corresponding advice on improvements and countermeasures. The practice and application proved that the proposal and measure from this paper have a guiding significance on improving supply logistics level for Chinese automobile manufacturing enterprise. |
