摘    要:通过对现有的液压挖掘机模型加装电磁换向阀、角度传感器、触摸屏、可编程控制器以及上位计算机,使其成为集机、电、液控制为一体的综合实训设备。此实训设备既可以完成机电一体化技术的综合控制实训,又可完成液压、传感器、可编程控制器以及组态控制等机电一体化关键技术的实训。

Hydraulic Excavator Model Based on PLC Control System Design
Abstract:Mechatronics's training room is short of comprehensive training equipment, through to the hydraulic excavator model with an electromagnetic reversing valve, angle sensor, touch screen, programmab existing le logic controller and computer, make it a set machine, electricity, liquid control as one of the comprehensive training equipment. The training device can complete mechatronics control training, and can be completed in hydraulic, sensor, programmable controller and mechatronics training.
