活性二氧化氯处理含硫模拟废水

研究了活性ClO2处理含S^2-和S2O2^3-模拟废水,考察了反应温度、反应时间、搅拌速度、废水初始质量浓度、pH值、摩尔比等对处理效果的影响。实验结果表明：ClO2处理含S^2-和S2O2^3-废水时,搅拌速度在50r/min时,两反应物就能充分混合;对含S^2-废水,反应温度基本无影响,15min反应就完成,强碱性时处理效果会降低,初始质量浓度100mg/L时适宜的摩尔比是1.47∶1;对含S2O2^3-废水,25min后反应就完全,溶液酸性有利于废水的处理,初始质量浓度220mg/L时适宜的反应温度是45℃,摩尔比是0.32∶1。活性ClO2处理含S^2-和S2O2^3-废水速度快、效果好。

Treatment of containing sulfur simulated wastewater with active chlorine dioxide

The treatments of containing sulfur simulated wastewater with active chlorine dioxide were studied. The influences of reaction time, reaction temperature, mixing speed, initial concentration of wastewater, pH value and the molar ratio of ClO2 to S on the treatment effect were investigated. The experimental results show that： when the wastewater containing S^2- and S2O3^2- are treated with active chlorine dioxide, two reactants are fully mixed at 50 r/min stirring speed. To the wastewater containing S^2-, the reaction temperature has basically no influence on the treatment effect, the reaction is completed after 15 min, the treatment effect is reduced under strong alkaline, when the initial concentration is 100 mg/L, the suitable molar ratio is 1.47 ： 1. To the wastewater containing S2O3^2-, the reaction is almost completely after 25 min, acidic solution is conducive to wastewater treatment, when the initial concentration is 220 mg/L, the suitable reaction temperature is 45℃ and molar ratio is 0.32 ： 1. The treatments of wastewater of containing S^2- and S2O3^2- with active chlorine dioxide are fast and effective.
