汽车轮速传感器在线检测系统开发

摘    要:开发了一种车轮速度传感器在线检测系统,重点阐述检测台的测控系统设计。测控系统基于工业控制计算机,实现了对在线检测过程的自动监控和数据自动采集处理、显示。测试结果表明,该检测系统性能稳定、操作简单、精度高,可对汽车车桥的轮速传感器进行快速检测和评价,从而为该类产品的质量保证提供了有效支撑。

Abstract:An automobile wheel-speed sensor online test-bed is presented, the test and control system of testing bed is expounded, which realizes procedure control and data sampling, processing and displaying automatically based on industrial personal computer (IPC). The expenmental results show that the testing system is provided with stable performance, simple operation, high measuring precision, and can test and evaluate characteristics of wheel-speed sensor quickly, which provides effective support for product quality assurance.
