摘    要:M/D/1模型(M表示到达时间间隔为指数分布,D表示服务时间间隔为定长分布,1表示单服务台)是一种常见的排队模型,在生活的很多领域都会遇到。但是实际生活中的排队过程常常不是平稳过程,顾客到达率往往跟时间有显著相关的关系。针对这一个问题,以上海世博会的排队系统为例,将全天排队过程划分为若干时间区间,将每个时间区间内的排队过程视为平稳过程。并对其全天到达率做线性假设,给出排队系统各参数指标的递推公式。进而对全天排队情况进行预测,预测结果表明该方法行之有效。

Abstract:M/D/1 model queuing systems can be encountered in many areas of life with its non-stationary process in practice:customer arrival rate is significantly related to the time properly. In Shanghai World Expo queuing systems, we divide a whole-day queuing process into several time intervals so that a stationary process can be supposed. Also we suppose all-day arrival rate linear, and then we give queuing system parameters of the recursive formula. An all-day queuing prediction is given to prove that this method is effective
