摘    要:合成的磁性胺基化石墨烯用FT-IR进行表征,并将其用于水溶液中制霉菌素的多分散固相微萃取,考察了吸附剂用量、吸附时间、初始浓度以及溶液pH等条件对萃取性能的影响,结合分光光度法建立了定量测定制霉菌素的分析方法。

Abstract:Magnetic aminated-graphene was synthesized and characterized by FT-IR, and the material was used as adsorbent of dispersive solid-phase microextraction for nystatin in solutions. The influences of adsorbent dosage, adsorption time, and initial concentration and solution pH conditions on the performance of adsorption were investigated. The quantitative analysis for nystation in water solution was proposed combined with spectrophotometry.
