夹点理论及其在换热网络优化中的应用

摘    要:文章主要介绍夹点理论的概念以及在换热网络优化中的应用,利用夹点理论对常减压生产装置进行换热网络优化。改造后原油换热终温从250℃提高到283℃,大大减少了燃料用量,减少装置的能耗。

Abstract:This paper mainly introduced the pinch theory and its application in optimization of the heat exchanger network, using the pinch theory to the heat exchanger network optimization in the atmospheric and vacuum production device. Crude oil heat exchanged terminal temperature was raised from 250 ℃ to 283 ℃, greatly reducing the fuel consumption, reducing the energy consumption of unit.
