铸铁检查井盖的结构优化分析

摘    要:对某市政部门设计的重型球墨铸铁检查井盖进行了结构优化,阐述了井盖厚度、圆肋半径、圆肋高度和宽度对井盖力学性能的影响,达到了力学性能与材料重量的平衡,井通过试验,验证了优化方案的可行性。

Abstract:The paper optimizes the structure of weight nodular castiron well cover designed by a certain municipal administration unit. The influences on well cover mechanics behavior of thickness, radius of round rib,height and width of round rib are analysized. The balance of mechanics behavior and material weight is obtained. At last,the experiment verifies the feasibility of optimization design.
