中间包工作层用干式捣打料的研制

摘    要:以电熔镁砂为主要原料,固体酚醛树脂作结合剂,研制成功与电炉炼钢配套使用的中间包工作层用镁质干式捣打料。实验讨论了结合剂、外加剂的用量对于式捣打料综合指标的影响。应用实验表明。该中间包干式捣打料具有施工方便、使用寿命长(中间包实际使用时间在48h以上)等优点。大幅度提高了中间包寿命。减少了中间包周转次数。

Abstract:A magnesite dry refractory ramming material used in tundish lining of electric furnace is researched,with electrically fused magnesite as main raw material and solid phenolic resin as bonding agent.The effect of bonding agent and admixture's dosage on material's synthesis indexes is discussed in the experiment.The industrial experiment shows that the magnesia dry refractory ramming material has characteristics such as convenience construction,long service life(more than 48h),not sticking eternal wall liner of ladle and tearing liner of ladle easily.Then the service life of tundish is increased greatly and the tundish's turnover times are reduced.
