Interface Research and Application of National Drug and Medical Service Price Monitoring Information System

Objective:In order to better grasp the situation of the price reform measures in public hospitals since the implementation of the new health care reform,promote price reform and price behavior of drugs and medical services.Method:According to the in?terface specification of National Health Commission(hereinafter referred to as health commission),based on WebService network technology and VPN Technology of remote access with SSL protocol,the national drug and medical service price monitoring inter?face system is designed.Result:After the national drug and medical service price monitoring information system interface was launched,it greatly improved the transparency and real-time of price monitoring in the process of public hospital reform,and also significantly improved the work efficiency of operators.Conclusion:The application of the interface of national drug and medical service price monitoring information system can grasp the price changes of medical services,drugs,medical consumables,institu?tional income and expenditure and patient costs in the process of public hospital reform,and evaluate the implementation and ef?fect of relevant price reform specifications,so as to provide scientific decision-making basis and strong technical support for medi?cal services and drug price reform.
