耦合玻纤取向的空滤器模态仿真分析

摘    要:空滤器本体通常使用的PP+GF30材料为具有各向异性力学特性,针对其振动噪声问题,若使用常规的均质材料模型进行模态计算会产生较大的误差,在模态分析中引入注塑玻纤参量可以得到更加真实的结果。平均场理论在此类问题中使用较多,其具有简洁高效而不失精度的优点。首先,对空滤器上、下壳体进行模流分析;其次,通过软件接口导出玻纤分布数据,并通过Digimat软件实现了玻纤分布对模态分析模型的映射;之后通过联合求解得到耦合分析模态数据。经过大量的对比计算,验证此方法的可行性与考虑玻纤取向的必要性。

Coupled Modal Simulation Analysis of Fiber Orientation for Air Filters

Abstract:The injection material of PP+GF30 is usually used for air filter housing.Due to the two phases it contains,the mechanics response of the material shows anisotropic.Thus,the conventional isotropic material model used to calculate modal eigenvalues in finite element analysis is not suitable for such an injection material.Fiber orientation parameters need to be considered in the modal analysis.Meanwhile,mean field theory is usually used in such a problem,and proved to be effective with high precision.Firstly,the mold injection analysis is carried out for the upper and lower housings of the air filter.Then,the fiber distribution data is extracted in the injection analysis through the interface of the software,and the mapping of the fiber distribution to the structural modals analysis model is realized through Digimat software.Finally,Abaqus code and Digimat code are combined to solve for the modal eigenvalue.Through a large amount of simulation and result comparison,the feasibility of this method considering the fiber orientation is verified.
