摘    要:通过测试环氧树脂(EP)在干摩擦及水、300#液体石蜡润滑下的摩擦性能,考察了环氧树脂的磨损率与载荷和滑动速度之间的关系,并采用扫描电子显微镜对材料磨损表面进行了观察,对磨损机理进行了分析。结果表明,在不同条件下,环氧树脂磨损率有较大变化,石蜡润滑下的磨损率比干摩擦磨损率小2个数量级。干摩擦下EP的破坏是脆性断裂和剥落,水润滑下EP破坏是疲劳磨损,石蜡润滑下EP的破坏是塑性变形和剥层磨损。

Abstract:The relationships between wear rate and sliding speed and load were investigated by the test of friction and wear properties of epoxy resin(EP) under dry,water and 300# liquid paraffine sliding conditions.The worn surface of EP was observed by SEM and the mechanism of the friction and wear of EP was analyzed.The results showed that the wear rate of epoxy changed greatly under different conditions.The wear rate under paraffine sliding was 2 orders magnitude lower than that of under dry sliding.The failure of EP was the brittle fracture and exfoliation under dry sliding,the fatigue wear under water sliding and the plastic deformation and delamination wear under paraffine sliding respectively.
