宝钢冷连轧机组末机架辊型改造策略的探讨

摘    要:针对宝钢某冷连轧机组在生产高端产品过程中采用CVC系列机型时由于辊间点接触造成局部辊间压力 过大、磨损不均匀影响产品板形与表面质量的问题,在对冷轧机组的主流机型及其优缺点进行简单分析的基础上, 经过大量的现场试验与理论分析,结合某冷连轧机组设备与工艺特点,充分吸取德系CVC机型与日系HC机型的 优点,提出了上游机架仍然保持现有的CVC系列不变以充分利用其强大的板形板凸度及边降控制能力、而末机架 工作辊与支撑辊保持平辊不变、中间辊中部采用平辊以及边部采用优化辊型的改造策略,经过现场试验效果良好, 可以有效地改善高端产品的板形与表面质量、降低辊耗。

Abstract:The roll shape reconstruction strategy was put forward,that upstream stands still use existing CVC series mill to make the best of CVC mill’s strong control ability of shape,plate crown and edge drop,the working roll and back-up roll are still plain barrelled roll,the middle part of intermediate roll adopt plain barrelled roll,the edge part of intermediate roll adopt optimized roll crown,for the shape and surface quality defects which are caused by oversize partial roller pressure and uneven abrasion when the series of CVC mill are used in the productive process of high-end product of tandem cold rolling mill of Baosteel,at the basis of simple analysis for the mainstream models and their merit and demerit of tandem cold rolling mill,based on lots of field experiments and theoretical research,fully thinking the equipment and production craft characters of tandem cold rolling mill,fully absorbing advantages of German CVC series mill and Japanese HC series mill.Good effects are achieved in field test.The shape and surface quality of high-end product are improved effectively.Roll consumption decreased evidently.
