摘    要:以渐开线直齿圆柱齿轮为研究对象,建立齿轮啮合过程中的弹流润滑模型,分析供油条件对齿轮弹流润滑的影响.利用多重网格法,得到在不同供油条件下齿轮啮合过程中的弹流数值解.结果表明:随着供油量的增加,齿轮油膜厚度也随之增加,但当供油量超过一临界值时,油膜膜厚不再增加;乏油对齿轮润滑是不利的,但供油量不是越大越好,存在一临界供油点.

Abstract:An EHL model for involute spur gear was established,and the effect of oil supply conditions on the elastohydrodynamic lubrication of gear was analyzed.An EHL numerical solution of spur gear during the meshing process under different oil supply conditions was obtained by utilizing the multi-grid method.The results show that with the increase of oil supply,the film thickness of the gear increases.However,when oil supply exceeds a certain value,the film thickness will no longer change.Oil-lack lubrication is d...
