新型艉轴填料密封结构的设计及试验研究

摘    要:针对舰船艉轴填料密封寿命短、泄漏量大等问题,设计了新型填料函结构.该结构设计了可沿轴向运动的填料套筒,通过套筒和压盖的共同作用,对填料同时施加拉紧力和压紧力,可有效改善填料内部的受力分布状态,改善了密封效果,提高了填料使用寿命,同时可较好地满足舰船艉轴密封的安装和使用环境.台架试验证明,采用该结构是提高艉轴填料密封性能和使用寿命有效且可行的途径.

Abstract:A new type of padding seal for trailing-axle was developed to solve the problems of short life and serious leakage.For this new structure,the packing sleeve that can move along the axis was designed,through the joint action of both sleeve and gland,padding could be tensed and impacted at the same time,which could effectively improve the stress distribution of internal packing seal,and improve the seal effect and the packing life.Mechanical tests show that adopting this structure is an effective and feasible...
